Amelia will surprise and delight you and possibly break your heart. It might surprise you because it's a genuine science fiction story in the sense that without the science fictional elements there would be no story. The necessities and restrictions of the future Khaylor envisions are what pushes the characters' actions. They're as believable as they are grim. It's a terrific short that delivers a twist in the end that punches you in the gut. My only regret about this story is that I feel like Amelia and Elisabeth could've been only part of the cast of a much larger story told with the same elegance and grace and I would've been that much more happy to read such a story.Product details

Amelia touches you in a way that you will never forget. Two soulmates finding each other in a harsh future. The love and life of two women(F/F). It is more than love, it's sacrificing something to bring a better life to the one person who means everything to you. Patrick Khayler has written an amazing and very emotional book that will make you believe no matter what happens, two souls will find the one thing we all want love everlasting. This is a must read.

Mr. Khayler has a way of wrapping you into the story.
This was a wonderful read, it's about love and sacrifice with a twist.
I'm on an emotional roller coaster after reading this, it will make you laugh and cry.
It is a read we all should read, yes it's a f/f but the story is so much more than two women in love, it will make you look for what we all want in life..
